Account Deletion

maku does not have its own account system. ptgms does not collect your name, email, or other personal details for a maku login.
Cloud backup data
Section titled “Cloud backup data”If you use maku+ cloud backup, authentication and storage are handled by your platform account:
- iOS: your Apple Account and iCloud
- Android: your Google Account and Google Drive
To remove your cloud backup data, open maku settings, turn cloud backup off, and confirm deletion. maku will remove its backup data from iCloud or Google Drive. Your photos stored locally on the device are not deleted by this setting.
On-device data
Section titled “On-device data”Photos and library metadata stored in maku on your device are removed when you delete the app.
Subscriptions
Section titled “Subscriptions”Canceling or deleting data in maku does not cancel a maku+ subscription. Manage subscriptions through the App Store on iOS or Google Play on Android.
